St. Anthony 15, Altamont 11
The Bullpups took a 1-0 first inning lead and led 5-3 after five innings over Altamont. But St. Anthony had to hold off some final scoring from Altamont to pull out the victory.
Stew-Stras/Windsor 24, Cumberland 5
Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor picked up its first win of the young junior high baseball season by blasting Cumberland 24-5 in five innings Tuesday. S-S/Windsor is now 1-2 on the season.
The winners led 7-2 after three innings then brought home 11 runs in the fourth and finished out with six in the fifth.
Stew-Stras/Windsor had 15 hits in the contest led by Kessler and G. Bennett with three hits and four RBI each. Thies, Armes and Quast had two hits each. Armes had four RBI while Thies had three and Quast one. Armes pitched a four-hitter with two walks and two strikouts.

Behind an 11-hit attack, Teutopolis handed Mattoon a 7-4 loss to remain unbeaten with a 3-0 record.
T-town scored in the first five innings for a 7-2 lead. Mattoon tallied two more in the sixth.
Landon Jansen blasted out two home runs for the winners along with a single and two RBI. Michael Deters had two singles and a double while Jack Goeckner had two singles and an RBI.
