The Wildcats opened with two runs in the first and held that lead until the sixth.
St. Anthony tallied a run in the fourth and tied in the sixth. Salem then scored two runs in the top of the 12th.
The Bulldogs had seven hits led by Brady Hatton with two doubles, a home run and an RBI. Henry Brent added a double and an RBI.
Salem tallied nine hits led by Ryan Detering with four singles and three RBI, Rhett Detering with a double and an RBI and Noah Nix with a double.
Rhett Detering was the winning pitcher, going six innings, allowing no runs on two hits, two walks while striking out nine.

At Mahomet
Teutopolis trailed Mahomet-Seymour 2-0 after two innings. But, the Wooden Shoes put together two runs in the third to tie the score then moved ahead with a run in the fourth. They finished out with an 8-2 victory Monday.
The Shoes ended with 11 hits and was aided by four Mahomet-Seymour errors.
Davin Worman went the distance on the mound to improve his pitching record to 2-0. He allowed two runs on three hits, four walks and struck out four.
Meanwhile, the Shoes banged out 11 hits. Michael Niebrugge led the way with three singles and an RBI. Aidan Niemerg added two singles. Gavin Addis finished with a single and drove in two runs. Worman aided his own cause with a single and an RBI. Jason Kreke also had a single and an RBI.
T-town improved to 7-1 on the season and will play host to Breese Mater Dei today. Mahomet-Seymour dropped to 5-2.

This game went 10 innings before South Central pulled out a 7-6 victory over Altamont Monday.
Altamont moved into a 3-0 opening inning lead and led 4-0 after four. But South Central came back with three runs in the bottom of the fifth to pull within a run.
Altamont then tallied two in the top of the sixth and South Central scored two more in the bottom of the frame. The Cougars then tied the game in the bottom of the seventh at 6-6.
The winning run came in the bottom of the 10th for the Cougars.
South Central had 14 hits while Altamont had 13. The Cougars were led by Zane Montes with five singles and an RBI, Callaway Smith and Garrett Shumate with two singles each, Maddox Robb with a single, double and an RBI. Colton Smith with a double, Trevan Sidwell a single and two RBI and Chase Guerrettaz with a single and an RBI.
Altamont had 13 hits and was led by Keegan Schultz with a single, two doubles, a home run and five RBI. Brayden Elam had three singles, a home run and one RBI and Zaine Miller had two singles.

At Mulberry Grove
Dieterich had nine hits while Mulberry Grove finished with three errors and gave up 16 walks as the Movin' Maroons tallied an 18-4 victory Monday.
Jackson Icenogle, Carson Baxter and Alex Schottman combined to toss a no-hitter. Icenogle went three innings, allowing two runs, giving up six walks and striking out seven for the win. Baxter went 1.1 innings, allowing two runs, five walks and one strikeout. Schottman went one/tenth of an inning, giving up one walk while striking out one.
Dom Ashley led the way in hitting with a single, double and four RBI while Icenogle added a single, double and three RBI and Baxter a single, double and two RBI. Jaxon Funneman added two RBI. Mason Lidy, Gavin Meinhart and Justin Boerngen ended with a single and an RBI each. Andrew Hall and Bryce Bohnhoff had an RBI each.
The Maroons took a 5-0 opening inning lead and finished the game by the 10-run rule with five more runs in the fifth.

At Broadlands
Neoga put together some big innings and handed Broadlands Heritage a 16-9 loss in Monday action.
Heritage actually moved into a 1-0 opening inning lead. Neoga tallied six in the top of the second but Heritage tied in the bottom of the frame.
The Indians then had a two-run third, a five-run fourth and finished with the victory.
Neoga's offense tallied 15 hits. Colin Blazich had a single, two doubles and four RBI while Landon Titus added three singles and two RBI and Matt Propst two singles and two RBI.
Ethan O'Dell was the winning pitcher. He went two innings, allowed one hit, three walks and struck out three.
Neoga is now 4-1 on the season and back in action today hosting St. Elmo/Brownstown at 4:30 p.m.

Newton edged out to a 1-0 opening inning lead on Mount Carmel and held that lead until the third. The Golden Aces then broke loose with a five-run inning. Newton came back with a run in the fifth and tied the score at 5-5 in the top of the sixth. But, Mount Carmel came back with three runs in the bottom of the inning and finished with the 8-5 victory in a game played at Wabash Valley College Monday.
Newton had eight hits but committed four errors. The Eagles were led by Quincy Fulton with a single, double and an RBI, Drake Wolf and Reed Tharp with two singles each and Dominic Baltzell with a single and two RBI. Gavin Meinhart added an RBI.
Mount Carmel finished with nine hits.
