Caleb Deters took the mound for the win, going 3.2 innings, allowing one hit, no walks and striking out seven. Andrew Probst got the final out on a strikeout.
The Wooden Shoes wasted no time in ripping out to a 10-0 first inning lead. They tacked on two more in the second and six in the third.
T-town finished with 15 hits in the contest, eight of those extra inning base hits.
Aidan Niemerg had a big-hitting contest with a double, triple and four RBI while Austin Borries finished with two singles, a double and two RBI.. Michael Niebrugge had two doubles and an RBI while Davin Worman added a single, triple and an RBI. Gavin Addis had a double and three RBI while Carter Hoene two singles and an RBI. Michael Habing added a double and an RBI and Henry Thompson a single and two RBI.
The lone hit for Neoga came off the bat of Landon Titus with a single.
The Wooden Shoes will be back in action Saturday at Edwardsville Plummer Park against Staunton in the Metro East Kickoff Classic.
The next game for Neoga is Saturday at Central A&M.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg opened with a 14-4 victory over Tri County Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland Tuesday.
The Hatchets moved into a 1-0 lead in the second inning, then tacked on five in the third, two in the fourth and ended the contest with a six-run sixth.
Tri-County's four runs all came in the sixth.
Kendall Morris went three innings on the mound, allowing no runs on no hits, two walks and striking out eight.
Windsor/Stras-Stras had seven hits led by Wyatt Wetherell with two singles and an RBI. Branson Tingley had a single and two RBI while Derk Friese and Kendall Morris had two singles each. Ben Bridges, Blayzz Verdeyen and Seth Rincker added a single and an RBI each.

Newton pounded out four runs in both the first and second innings along with 10 in the third to end this game by an 18-0 count in four innings Tuesday.
The Eagles' banged out 12 hits in the game while Carson Barthelme went the four innings on the mound, allowing two hits, one walk while striking out eight.
Newton's C. Bartheleme had two singles, a double and three RBI while Drake Wolf hit a home run and finished with three RBI. Dominik Baltzell had a single, double and drove in three runs while Hayden Mulvey had two singles and three RBI. Q. Fulton added a double and three RBI and Kohlten Barthelme two singles. Dexter Fulton had a single and drove in two runs

At Dieterich
Robinson came calling and tallied an 8-5 win over Dieterich in opening season action Tuesday.
Dieterich stepped out to a 3-1 opening inning lead but Robinson came back with a six-run second and tacked on a final run in the third. Dieterich attempted a comeback with a run in the bottom of the seventh only to fall short.
Dieterich had seven hits led by Dom Ashley with three singles and two RBI. Andrew Hall chipped in with a double while Gavin Meinhart added two singles.
Robinson had eight hits led by A. Knoblett with a single, triple and an RBI, G. Hoalt with a double and two RBI and R. Johnson with a single and three RBI.

Brownstown/St. Elmo held a 12-10 lead going into the final inning and Shelbyville came back to take the victory, 16-12 Tuesday.
The Rams held a 1-0 opening inning lead and led 3-0 in the top of the third. BSE came back in the bottom of the frame to move ahead 5-3. Shelbyville tied in the fourth and led 9-6 in the fifth. The Bombers then had a 6-0 run to pull ahead but that didn't last long.
BSE finished with eight hits but had seven errors.
Dodge Willms led the way for BSE with three singles and an RBI. Keelan Speagle had a single and four RBI and Lane Stine had a single and three RBI. Corey Hoopingarner had a double and drove in a run and Lucas Powell had a double. Calin Chandler finished with an RBI.
Brownstown/St. Elmo will be back in action Friday at Hillsboro.

The Cardinals are back in action Friday in the Metro East KO Classic in O'Fallon. They will face St. Joseph-Ogden at 11:30 a.m. and Marissa at 1:30 p.m.
