National Trail Conference Baseball Tourney Schedule Announced

Drawing the top seed is Effingham St. Anthony followed by North Clay/Clay City. South Central took the third seed followed by Altamont, Dieterich, Neoga, Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City and Brownstown/St. Elmo.

The tournament begins play today with Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City hosting Brownstown/St. Elmo at 4 p.m..

Friday, Oct. 4

Game 1 -- Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City vs. Brownstown/St. Elmo, 4 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 7

Game 2 -- Winner Game 1 at St. Anthony, 4 p.m.

Game 3 -- Dieterich at Altamont, 4 p.m.

Game 4 -- Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg at North Clay, 4 p.m.

Game 5 -- Neoga at South Central, 4 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

Game 6 -- Winner Game 2 vs. Winner Game 4, 4 p.m.

Game 7 -- Winner Game 4 vs. Winner Game 5, 4 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 12

At Beecher City

Game 8 -- Loser Game 6 vs. Loser Game 7, 10 a.m. (third place)

Game 9 -- Winner Game 6 vs. Winner Game 7, noon (championship)
