The Bulldogs finished with 11 hits and were aided by four Robinson errors. Brock Fearday led the way in hitting with two doubles and three RBI while Beau Adams and Brady Hatton had a single, double and drove in a run each. Connor Roepke added a double and drove in three runs while Samuel Link had a double and two RBI.
Link was the winning pitcher, going the first three innings, allowing two runs on five hits and no walks. Ryan Schmidt came on to finish out the final two innings, allowing two walks and striking out four.

At Effingham
Carter Braddy was dominant on the mound as the left-handed pitcher rang up 10 strikeouts in Effingham's 3-1 victory over Marshall Tuesday.
Braddy gave up three hits and one run over six innings while walking two.
Effingham edged out to a 1-0 lead behind a double by Spencer Fox that scored the run in the second inning. Marshall tied in the top of the sixth but the Hearts' Jude Traub doubled, scoring two runs in the bottom of the frame for the 3-1 victory.Traub finished with two RBI and a double while Fox had the double and an RBI. The only other hit was a single by Camden Raddatz.
Next up for the Hearts is a game against Altamont Friday.
At Effingham

At Brownstown
North Clay (Louisville) came calling and opened with a 2-0 lead in the first inning. But Brownstown/St. Elmo came back with a run in the fourth and took a 3-2 lead in the fifth.
The Cardinals then moved ahead with two in the sixth and added on three insurance runs in the seventh for a 7-3 victory.
North Clay had seven hits led by Carder Walden with three singles and Cayden Craig with two singles.
Ayden Jones came on in relief to pick up the victory. He went two innings, allowing three runs on five hits, no walks and striking out three.
Brownstown/St. Elmo was led by Cade Schaub with two singles and two RBI. Keelan Speagle added an RBI.
The Bombers dropped to 1-3 on the season and will be back in action Friday at Okaw Valley.

At Teutopolis
Greenville held a 1-0 lead in the top of the second but that didn't last long as Teutopolis came back with five in the bottom of the frame and finished out with a 14-4 victory in five innings Tuesday.
Mitch Koester led the way in the hitting department with two singles, a double and an RBI. Brett Kreke had a single and drove in three runs. Mick Niebrugge, Austin Borries and Joey Niebrugge added a single and an RBI each.
Gaddis picked up the pitching win. He went two innings, allowing one run on two hits. He did not give up a walk and struck out three.
T-town evened its record to 2-2 on the season. The Wooden Shoes will host Casey-Westfield Thursday.

Altamont and Casey-Westfield didn't score in the first two innings but the Indians broke loose with three runs in the third and went on for an 8-1 victory Tuesday.
Dillan Elam had an all-around good game. He went the distance on the mound. He did not allow a walk and finished with 11 strikeouts. He gave up one run on two hits,
Meanwhile, Altamont had seven hits, led by Elam with a single, double and three RBI. Kaden Davis added two singles and an RBI and Eli Miller and Riley Berg added on an RBI each.
At Casey

South Central spread eight runs across four innings in taking an 8-1 victory over Odin Tuesday.
The Cougars edged out to a 1-0 first inning lead, then added on a run in the second. They finished out with three in the third and sixth innings.
Maddox Robb and Colby Bursott had a home run each. Robb finished with a single, home run and two RBI while Bursott had the home run with two RBI. Evan Hoover added a double while Trevan Sidwell had a single and drove in two runs and Coen West had a single and an RBI.
Brody Markley was the winning pitcher, going 2.2 innings, allowing no runs on two hits, three walks and striking out seven.
At Kinmundy

Sullivan was the early leader with two runs in the third inning. But Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City came roaring back with a three-run fifth and finished out with six in the seventh for a 9-3 victory Tuesday.
The Bobcats ended strong offensively with 10 hits. AJ Radloff and Layne Jones led the way with a single, double and two RBI each. Blake Mueller added a double and two RBI. Conner Nowitzke finished with two singles.
Carson Evans went all seven innings on the mound, allowing two walks while striking out seven. He gave up six hits.
CHBC is now 1-2 on the season and back in action Thursday at Cumberland.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg trailed early but came back to win the game in the bottom of the seventh inning, 3-2 over Pana Tuesday.
Pana took a 2-1 first inning lead. WSS tied with a run in the third before both teams were silent through the next three innings.
Blayzz Verdeyen and Branson Tingley had a single and an RBI each while Connor Manhart also finished with an RBI. Jackson Gurgel and Carter Verdeyen added two singles each.
Manhart was the winning pitcher. He went the distance, allowing two runs on six hits, two walks while striking out five.

Newton put this contest away in five innings with an 11-1 victory over Oblong/Palestine/Hutsonville Tuesday.
Payton Harris was offensively on with two doubles, a home run and three RBI for the Eagles. Dylan Gier added a single, double and three RBI while David Ferguson finished with two doubles and Isaac Flowers a single, double and two RBI. Drake Wolf had a single and an RBI and Gus Bierman and Dexter Fulton had an RBI each.
The Eagles tallied four in the second then had two-run innings in the third and fourth and finished the contest in the fifth with three runs.
Kohlten Barthelme went five innings, giving up one run on three hits, three walks while striking out nine in the win on the mound.
