Pirates Complete Sweep Of Cubs

(Pittsburgh, PA) -- The Pirates scored twice in each of the first two innings and went on to beat the Cubs 4-2 at PNC Park.  Andrew McCutchen went 3-for-4 with two RBI for Pittsburgh, which swept the three-game series. Vin Mazzao got the win in relief after the game was delayed nearly two hours by rain in the top of the fourth inning. Jason Grilli closed it out for his 19th save. The Bucs have won four straight and eight of their last nine.  Edwin Jackson gave up four runs in three frames to fall to 1-7 with the loss. Anthony Rizzo and Ryan Sweeney drove in runs for Chicago, which has lost four in-a-row overall.
