Albert Pujols plans to honor his 10-year, $10 million personal services contract with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim despite Angels' owner Arte Moreno appearing to be positioning himself to sell the team.

Pujols is contractually tied to the organization and not Arte Moreno, so he is excited to see who the new owner will be.

Yankees Will Be Without Aroldis Chapman

The New York Yankees announce the ALDS roster will be without Aroldis Chapman.

On Sunday, Yankee's manager Aaron Boone said Chapman skipped a pre-series workout and was sent back home to Miami for the upcoming ALDS series vs the Cleveland Guardians.

Boone added Chapman didn't have an “acceptable excuse” for not being at the workouts.
