Hearts Head Into Baseball Sectional Action Wednesday

The Effingham Hearts are getting ready for their first round game in the Triad 3A Sectional Baseball Tournament.

Effingham, now 17-12 on the season, will take on Mascoutah at 4pm Wednesday, weather permitting. That game will follow a 2pm contest between Triad and Mt. Vernon. The winners will then meet at 11am Saturday for the sectional championship. 

Wednesday's game will be broadcast on KJ Country 102.3. If the Hearts play Saturday, that game will be heard on Classic Hits 979XFM. 

A reminder for Hearts fans planning to attend the game that no tickets will be sold at the gate. Tickets are only available at gofan.co and by selecting the correct game.
