Nashville Beats St. A, T-town Wins Twice, WSS, BSE Victorious In Baseball

The Bulldogs edged out to a 1-0 first inning lead. Nashville came back with three runs in the top of the third. St. Anthony retaliated with one in the bottom of the third but couldn't get another run the rest of the way.
St. Anthony outhit Nashville 5-3. Beau Adams had two singles while Eli Levitt added a double and an RBI and Will Hoene a double.
Brock Jansen suffered the tough-luck loss, going three innings allowing three runs on one hit, two walks and one strikeout.

At Teutopolis
Teutopolis played host to Fairfield Friday and picked up a victory 13-3 in five innings.
The Wooden Shoes held a 6-3 opening inning lead and never looked back.
T-town banged out 16 hits in the contest led by Sam Bushur with a single, double, home run and two RBI, Mitch Althoff, Brayden Gaddis and Derek Konkel with a single, double and three RBI each and Luke Koester with two singles and an RBI.
Konkel was the winning pitcher, coming on in the first to go 3.2 innings allowing no runs on four hits, one walk and three strikeouts.
T-town then traveled to Williamsville Saturday and split victories.
The Shoes won the opener, 11-5. T-town took a 3-0 first inning lead and was never behind.
The Shoes outhit Williamsville by a 14-10 count. Konkel banged out two home runs and had three RBI. Bushur had two singles and a triple while Kayden Althoff had three singles and an RBI, Buehnerkemper two singles and an RBI, Dylan Pruemer two singles and M. Althoff and Caleb Siemer a single and two RBI each. G. Gaddis added two RBI.
Siemer picked up the win on the mound going 3.1 innings allowing three runs on seven hits, three walks and three strikeouts.
In the second contest, Williamsville edged the Shoes 5-4 in 10 innings.
T-town took a 2-0 firsti inning lead and led 4-3 after six. Williamsville tied in the bottom of the seventh.
The Shoes had eight hits in the game but committed three errors.
Joseph Althoff had a single and double while Mitch Jansen added a triple and an RBI and Siemer two singles.
T-town is now 22-11 on the season. T-town is back in action today hosting Olney.

The Hatchets had 11 hits in the contest led by Samuel Vonderheide with two singles, a home run and five RBI. Tyler Wetherell added two singles and Jordan Wittenberg a double. Graham Kasey a single and two RBI and Brody Beals a single and an RBI.
Neoga was led by M. Staszak with two singles.
Wernsing went four innings allowing one hit and had nine strikeouts.

Jarrett Pasley and Adam Atwood combined to throw a no-hitter. Pasley went four innings allowing one walk and striking out six. Atwood went the final inning with two strikeouts.
Pasley had a single and a grand slam home run. He finished with five RBI. Atwood had a single, double and an RBI while Dalton Myers had and single and an inside the park home run. Wyatt Chandler added a double and two RBI.
Brownstown/St. Elmo improved to 10-10 on the season.

Shelbyville came to Altamont Friday and claimed a 4-1 victory.
Shelbyville tallied a run in the top of the first and Altamont tied in the bottom of the second. The Rams moved ahead with a run in the fifth then tacked on single runs in the sixth and seventh.
Altamont outhit Shelbyville by an 8-6 count. Wyatt Phillips and Logan Cornett led the way with two singles each.
