SULLIVAN -- Effingham St. Anthony took the early lead and never relinquished it in a 7-2 baseball win over Sullivan Tuesday.
Kyle Bourgeois pitched a four-hitter allowing three walks and striking out two. The Bulldogs had four hits, all singles by Neil Williams, Ben Hecht, Jacob Schuette and Eric Gurtner. Hecht, Schuette and Gurtner had two RBI each.

Effingham vs. Neoga postponed
The Effingham and Neoga baseball game Tuesday was postponed after a couple of innings and will be played Tuesday, May 7.
Ramsey 7, BCCH 2
Ramsey banged out 11 hits and went on for a 7-2 victory over Beecher City/Cowden-Herrick.
Ramsey led 3-2 after three innings then brought home four more runs in the sixth. Tyler Pryor pitched a seven-hitter with two walks and seven strikeouts.
McKay had two singles for BCCH.
