The Bullpups took a 1-0 first inning lead and led 2-0 after three and added on two more runs in the fifth.

St. Anthony had seven hits led by A. Lauritzen with a solo home run, H. Brent with two singles and two RBI, K. Griffith a double and M. Clark two singles.

Effingham had two hits, singles by Carter Braddy and Max Flack.

South Central moved its record to 4-0 on the season with a 19-3 win over Sigel St. Michael Thursday.

Trayton Sidwell was the offensive leader for the winners with three singles, a double and two RBI while Colt Cartright had three singles and two RBI and Chase Guerrettaz and Sebastian Kruger had a double and two RBI each. Garrett Shumate had a single and three RBI while Hudson Moore had a single and two RBI.

The Sharpshooters were led by McKinney with three singles and an RBI and B. Niebrugge with two singles and an RBI.

Altamont Lutheran came calling and picked up a 17-7 win over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Thursday.

Altamont Lutheran banged out 11 hits in the contest led by A. Wolff with a single, double and an RBI, K. Wolff with two singles and an RBI, Scharre with a double, Milleville with a single and three RBI and Bell with a single and two RBI.

August Cosart led CHBC with a single, double and an RBI. CHBC drops to 1-4 on the season.
