Three More Home Runs Give Rays 2-1 Lead Over Yankees

Tampa Bay's bats continued to be hot in an 8-4 victory over the New York Yankees at Petco Park Wednesday.

With four home runs in Tuesday's victory, Tampa Bay came back to knock home three more in the Game 3 win.

Kevin Kiermaier hit the first shot when he connected on a three-run homer in the fourth inning to break a 1-1 tie and move the Rays ahead 4-1. 
Randy Arozarena connected in the fifth with a solo shot. He also had a single and double. Then in the sixth, Michael Perez nailed a Chad Green pitch for a two-run blow. Green is a graduate of Effingham High School.

The Rays outhit the Yankees by a 13-7 count to take a 2-1 lead in the series.
