Effingham St. Anthony edged North Clay (Louisville), 6-5 while Neoga claimed an 8-7 victory over Dieterich. Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City took a one run win over Brownstown/St. Elmo.
In the lone big-scoring win, Altamont downed Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, 9-1
St. Anthony 6, North Clay 5
The Bulldogs took a 2-0 first inning lead and held a 6-1 lead after six. North Clay rallied in the top of the seventh, scoring four runs before the Bulldogs got out of the inning for the win.
St. Anthony banged out 13 hits in the contest led by Brody Niebrugge with a double, home run and three RBI, Colton Fearday with three singles and an RBI and Kennan Walsh with two singles.
The Cardinals were led by Donnie Zimmerman with a single, double and two RBI. Bryton Griffy had a single and drove in two runs.
Logan Antrim claimed the win on the mound going 6.1 innings allowing six hits, five runs, four walks and struck out 12.

Neoga 8, Dieterich 7
Neoga scored a run in the bottom of the eighth inning to pull out an 8-7 victory over Dieterich Tuesday.
The Indians jumped out to a 6-3 second inning lead on Dieterich but the Movin' Maroons came back to move ahead with a four-run fifth. Neoga tied in the bottom of the seventh and won the contest in the bottom of the eighth.
Adam Fearday hit a solo home run for the winners while Ryan Koester had a single and drove in two runs.
There was also a home run on the opposing side as Dieterich's Dalton Will hit a shot and drove in three runs.
Bryar Hennesay picked up the win on the mound going 2.1 inings allowing one hit, four runs, no walks and two strikeouts.

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City edged out to a 1-0 first inning lead then tallied two in the fifth. Brownstown/St. Elmo scored one in the sixth. CHBC led 4-1 in the top of the seventh before BSE came back only to fall a run short.
Silas Buzzard had two singles, a double and drove in two runs for the winners.
BSE was led by David Stine and Jace McWhorter with a double each. McWhorter drove in two runs.
Mason Manley was the winning pitcher going 6.1 innings allowing three runs on two hits, six walks and five strikeouts. CHBC improved to 1-6 in the National Trail Conference and 1-0 in the Egyptian-Illini Conference.

Atlamont took charge of this game early with a four-run first and never looked back in a 9-1 win over Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg.
Kienon Eirhart went the distance on the mound allowing one run on five hits, four walks and five strikeouts.
Mason Robinson had a triple and drove in three runs for the Indians while Brayden Stuemke added a double. Tyler Robbins and Wyatt Phillips finished with two RBI each.
WSS was led by Chaney with a single and double.
