Tampa Bay Manager Threatens Yankees; Cardinals Cubs Win

Tampa Bay Rays manager Kevin Cash made a threat against the New York YankeesTuesday night after a game between the teams in which Yankees' closer Aroldis Chapman threw a 101-mile-per-hour pitch near the head of Michael Brosseau in the ninth inning of New York's 5-3 win, leading the benches to empty.

Cash told reporters, “It’s poor judgment, poor coaching, it’s just poor teaching . . . Somebody’s got to be accountable. And the last thing I’ll say on this is I got a whole damn stable full of guys that throw 98 miles per hour.”
