Tip Your Cap Campaign Launched For Negro Baseball Leagues

Former President Barack Obama, sports legends Hank Aaron and Michael Jordan, and the family of Jackie Robinson are among those who took part with videos and photos in the virtual “Tip Your Cap” campaign launched Monday to mark the 100-year anniversary of the founding of baseball’s Negro Leagues.

Other participants included former Presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, Derek Jeter, singer Tony Bennett and tennis great Billie Jean King.
