Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred says he believes the sign-stealing scandal involves only the Houston Astros and that he can hand down discipline beyond the standard fine and draft pick penalties. Manfred also promised "a really, really thorough investigation."

Former Pirates' Vazquez Has Court Hearing

Former Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Felipe Vazquez had a court hearing Tuesday. Vazquez was denied bail and is now facing 21 additional felony counts stemming from his alleged sexual crimes against a minor.
