Rays Beat Oakland In AL Wild Card Game

The Tampa Bay Rays beat the Oakland A’s 5-1 in the AL Wild Card game Wednesday night behind two home runs from first baseman Yandy Diaz, who was playing in only his second game since July. Tampa Bay will face the Houston Astros in the American League Division Series starting Friday.

Dodgers To Start Buehler

The Los Angeles Dodgers have opted to start Walker Buehler in Thursday’s Game 1 of the National League Division Series. The Washington Nationals will go with lefty Patrick Corbin.
