Teutopolis picked up a 4-2 junior high baseball win over Charleston Tuesday.

The Wooden Shoes got things moving in the second inning when Devin Kreke singled, scoring one run.

Both teams had five hits. Evan Waldhoff went two-for-three at the plate to lead the Shoes with a single and double.

Joey Niebrugge was the winning pitcher going six innings, allowing two runs on four hits, five walks and three strikeouts. Brett Kreke threw one inning in relief allowing one hit.
