White Sox, Yankees To Play On Field of Dreams, Cubs Win

They built it, and now Major League Baseball will come. The Chicago White Sox will host the New York Yankees in a regular season game next season in Dyersville, Iowa, on the real "Field of Dreams" made famous in the 1988 movie. Temporary seating for 8,000 fans will be installed for the game.

 

Blue Jay's Bichette Sets Record

Toronto Blue Jays rookie Bo Bichette set a new major league record Thursday by doubling in his ninth straight game. Even more amazing, Bichette broke the record in only the 11th game of his career. If the name sounds familiar, he’s the son of former Rockies All-Star Dante Bichette.


Braves Place Rookie on IL

The Atlanta Braves have placed rookie outfielder Austin Riley on the injured list due to a knee injury. The team says Riley suffered ligament damage in his knee, but they don’t yet know how serious it is.


Red Sox Place Price On IL

The Boston Red Sox have placed left-hander David Price on the 10-day injured list after an MRI revealed a cyst on his left wrist.
