Named to the First Team were Effingham's Brayton Poland (senior) and Cooper Jackson (senior); Mahomet-Seymour's Kobe Essien (junior), Jordan Veldman (senior) and Kyle Kinney (senior), Mattoon's Brock Smith (senior) and Jackson Nichols (senior), Mount Zion's Nash Mose (junior) and Lincoln's Colton Holiday (senior).

Named to the Second Team were Effingham's Nick Bishop (senior) and Kendall Ballman (senior), Taylorville's Kyle Foraker (senior) and Tyler Davis (senior), Mattoon's Cam Knierim (junior), Mahomet-Seymour's Jonathan Latham (senior), Charleston's Keagan Brady (senior) and Lincoln's Brenden Eigenbrod (senior).
