Stanton Latest Yankee Headed To IL

Today’s New York Yankee headed to the injured list is Giancarlo Stanton. Stanton has a mild strain of his left calf and will be out for a week to 10 days. Stanton has been rehabbing with the A-league Tampa Tarpons.

Athletics' Davis On IL

The Oakland Athletics have placed Khris Davis on the injured list. Davis has been hampered by a bruised left hip sustained on May 5th in Pittsburgh, although it’s not known how long he’ll be out of action.

Orioles Acquire Broxton

The Baltimore Orioles have acquired Keon Broxton from the New York Mets. In return, the Mets get $500,000 in 2019-20 international signing bonus pool allotment. Broxton was designated for assignment last week by the Mets.
