Dodgers' Julio Urias Is Reinstated

Major League Baseball has reinstated Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Julio Urías from administrative leave. Urías was placed on leave while baseball officials looked into his May 13 domestic battery arrest.

Angels Place Simmons on IL

The Los Angeles Angels have placed Andrelton Simmons on the 10-day injured list after he sprained his left ankle during Monday night’s loss to the Minnesota Twins. Simmons was leading the majors in hits with 44 since April 15th and batting .341 during that time.

Orioles Set Dubious Record

The Baltimore Orioles set a dubious record last night as they gave up their 100th home run of the season in an 11-4 loss to the Yankees. At just 48 games into the season, that made the Orioles the fastest team to ever reach the 100-home run mark.
