Yankees Add Bird To Injured List

The New York Yankees have added first baseman Greg Bird to the injured list. Bird went on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a left plantar fascia tear, giving the Yankees an even dozen players on the IL less than three weeks into the season.


Blake Snell Breaks Toe

Reigning American League Cy Young winner Blake Snell will miss his next start after breaking a toe while getting out of the shower. The Rays are hoping Snell will be able to rejoin the team for his following start on April 24th.


Phillies To Host 2026 All-Star Game

Philadelphia has been chosen to host the 2026 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Philadelphia was pushing to get the game for 2026 because it’ll mark the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
