Brewers' Yelich Ties Major League Baseball Record

The Milwaukee Brewers’ Christian Yelich tied a major league record Sunday by hitting a home run in his fourth straight game to start the season. Yelich is the sixth player to accomplish the fete after Willie Mays, Mark McGwire, Nelson Cruz, Chris Davis and Trevor Story.
Boston, Bogaerts Agree To Extension
The Boston Red Sox and shortstop Xander Bogaerts have agreed to a seven-year, $132 million contract extension. Bogaerts has played all six-plus of his major league seasons with the Red Sox and the new deal will keep him in Boston through 2025.
