MLB Announces Several Major Rule Changes

Major League Baseball has announced several major rule changes.

Starting this season, mound visits will be reduced from six to five during games, there’ll be an All-Star election day and a single July 31 trade deadline. They also outlined other rule changes that’ll be implemented next year.
