Mariners, Indians, Rays Pull Off Trade

The Seattle Mariners, Cleveland Indians and Tampa Bay Rays have pulled off a three-way trade. The Mariners sent first baseman/DH Carlos Santana to the Indians for cash and DH Edwin Encarnacion. The Indians get Tampa Bay first baseman Jake Bauers for Yandy Diaz and pitching prospect Cole Sulser.


Dodgers, Kelly Agree To Contract

The Los Angeles Dodgers and reliever Joe Kelly have agreed to a $25 million, three-year contract. Kelly was 4-2 with a 4.39 ERA and two saves in 73 games this year for the World Series champion Boston Red Sox.
