The Teutopolis Wooden Shoes scored late to come from behind and defeat the North Clay Cardinals 10-8 at Wooden Shoe Field.
The Shoes scored three in the bottom of the sixth to pull off the win.
Each team scored four times in the first inning, the Cardinals scored twice in the second to pull ahead 6-4, but the Shoes got a run in the bottom of the inning to make 6-5. Teutopolis tied the game with a run in the third, but the Cardinals pulled back ahead 8-6 with two runs in the fourth. The Shoes got a run in the bottom of the fourth to make it 8-7 and then had the sixth inning rally.
The teams combined for 22 hits.
Dawson Smith got the win for T-Town in relief of Clint Weber to improve to 3-0 on the fall. Weber went 1-2/3 innings, allowing six runs, three earned, on four hits, two hit batters and two walks with no strikeouts. Smith pitched 5-1/3 innings, allowing two earned runs on five hits and two walks while fanning five.
Briar Repking took the loss for the Cardinals, allowing 10 runs, nine earned, on 11 hits and three walks while striking out two. Repking falls to 1-2 on the fall. Luke Fleener got the last out for the Cardinals, allowing two hits.

Teutopolis improved to 13-1 on the fall, while North Clay is even on the campaign at 8-8.

Dieterich outscored Neoga in a wild one Thursday 13-12.
Dieterich took a 5-0 lead in the top of the second, but Neoga responded with three in the bottom of the frame. Dieterich added three runs in the third, a run in the fourth, and two more in the fifth to lead 11-3, but Neoga scored three times in the fifth and five more in the seventh to tie the game at 11-11. Dieterich scored two more runs in the top of the seventh, but Neoga still wasn't done. The Indians scored a run in the bottom of the seventh, but that's where the rally ended and the Movin Maroons had a wild one-run win.
Bohnhoff got the win for Dieterich, while Paul Thoele picking up the one-out save. Banning took the loss for Neoga.

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City posted a 6-2 win over Mulberry Grove. CHBC posted two runs in the first and scored single runs in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh innings on a total of six hits. Mulberry Grove scored both of its runs in the fifth.
Miller got the win for the Bobcats, with Doty picking up the save. Childress took the loss.
