Arrow Pest Control and Schumacher Orthodontics scored in double figures to pick up victories in the 11-12 Year-Old League at Community Park Thursday.
Arrow downed Dairy Queen 19-3 in five innings. Arrow took a 6-0 first inning lead and never looked back. Andrew Donaldson threw a three-hitter.
Arrow had 12 hits in the game led by Charlie Wegman with a single, double and four RBI, Connor Roepke with two singles, a double and two RBI, Jacob Boyajian with a single, double and two RBI and John Westendorf and Andrew Donaldson with a double each. Donaldson added two RBI and Westendorf one.
Braxton Lewis and Justin Kollman had a double each for Dairy Queen. Kollman added an RBI.
In the second contest, Schumacher Orthodontics outlasted Northside Ford 15-14.
Northside held a 14-9 lead going into the bottom of the sixth when Schumacher rallied for the win.
Beau Adams had a single, two doubles and three RBI for the winners while Gaige Gillum and Jackson Pals had a double and an RBI each.
John Westendorf had a double, triple and two RBI for Northside while Andrew Splechter two singles, a double and two RBI and Blayne Pals and David Splechter had two singles each.
