Effingham St. Anthony traveled to Altamont Tuesday evening for a high school baseball contest.
The game was tied at 3-3 going into the top of the 10th when it was called because of darkness. The game will resume today in the 10th inning at 4:30 p.m.
At Neoga
Neoga edged out to a 2-1 first inning lead then had a five-run second and scored four more runs over the next three innings to end the game 11-1 via the 10-run rule in the fifth.
Neoga banged out 14 hits in the contest led by Justin Yurs with two singles, a double and four RBI, Drew Ramert with a single and three RBI, Chase Lanham with a double, Jimmy Wood and Clayton Butler with two singles each, Wood had an RBI. Caleb Hill with two singles and an RBI and Layne Andrews with two singles.
The Indians improve to 3-1 in the National Trail Conference, 3-2 overall.
Grove led CHBC with two doubles.

South Central tallied a single run in the first and one in the fifth to blank Dieterich 2-0 Tuesday.
Matheny and Geiler combined to pitch a two-hitter, with both giving up a hit each. Matheny took the win going five innings, allowing five walks and striking out three. Geiler came on to throw two innings allowing one walk and striking out five.
The Cougars had five hits led by Markley and Matheny with two singles each.
Dieterich's hits came from Devin Flach and Charlie Thoele.

At Windsor
Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg pounded out 12 hits while Nic Hutchinson pitched a one-hitter as the Hatchets beat Brownstown/St. Elmo 11-1 in six innings.
Hutchinson allowed only one hit, two walks and struck out seven batters.
Christian Kessler had the big bat for the Hatchets with a single, two doubles and three RBI. Chase Thies added a single, double and an RBI while Isaac Kramer had two singles and an RBI, Josh Overbeck a single, double and an RBI and Trevor Quast two singles and an RBI.
BSE's lone hit was a single by Landon Feezel and he drove in the lone run.
