Teutopolis Blanks Mulberry Grove in Baseball

TEUTOPOLIS -- Coach Justin Fleener's squad stepped out to a 4-0 first inning lead and never looked back in downing Mulberry Grove 11-0 in five innings of baseball via the 10-run rule Thursday.

T-town had seven hits led by Brant Bueker with two singles and an RBI. Lane Belleville and Dylan Bloemer had a single and two RBI each while Jason Kenter had a single and an RBI.

Brant Bueker picked up the pitching win on a four-hitter with no walks and six strikeouts.

The Wooden Shoes are 8-0 on the season while Mulberry Grove dropped to 1-3. T-town is back in action today hosting Odin.
