Elks Beats Prime Sole, Wins TSKL Tournament

Elks moved ahead with a run in the second then tallied one more in the fourth to take a 2-0 win over Prime Sole for the championship of the Tomorrow's Stars Khoury League Tournament Tuesday evening at Community Park.
Both teams had three hits in the contest. Elks was led by Connor Roepke with a double and a solo home run while Seth Tope had a single.
Prime Sole had singles from Noah Biggs, Kaiden Stewart and Carson Etheridge.
Hunter Stewart was the winning pitcher.
In the third place contest, Heritage Builders took a 3-0 lead in the first and went on for an 11-1 win over Tingley Insurance.
Kolten Webb threw a one-hitter. Heritage had nine hits in the game led by Gaige Gillum with two doubles and a triple, Sam Link with a double and Max Koening with a triple.
Ethan Winters had the lone hit for Tingley with a single.
