Babe Ruth Prep Results -- June 30

The Teutopolis Jaguars handed Mid-Illinois Concrete a 6-3 loss in Babe Ruth Prep League action at Evergreen Hollow Park Thursday.

Mid-Illinois edged out to a 1-0 lead in the second inning. The Jaguars came back with two in the third then tacked on two more in the fourth and finished with two in the seventh.

Mathew Deters pitched a three-hitter. Justin Hardiek had two singles for the winners.

Logan Antrim led Mid-Illinios with two singles.

In the second contest, Evan Addis pitched a perfect game as the Teutopolis Warriors blanked Effingham Asphalt 1-0.

Evans threw a no-hitter and registered 14 strikeouts.

The Warriors had three hits, all singles by Evan Wermert, Kayden Althoff and Jack Beckman.
