Washington Savings Bank and Tri-Power Towing picked up victories Tuesday evening in Junior Babe Ruth League action at Community Park.
Washington Savings took an 11-4 win over Drs. Sehy & Jones Optometrists. Sehy & Jones held a 4-0 lead before Washington tied the score in the fourth then had a three-run sixth and a four-run seventh.
Washington Savings banged out 14 hits in the contest. Isaac Kramer had two singles and a double while Hunter Stephens added a single, double and an RBI, Christian Kessler a single and double and Derek Kruger a single, double and three RBI.
Sehy & Jones was led by Collin Waymoth with a double and two RBI, Tate Niebrugge with two singles and Ben Meinhart with two singles and an RBI.
In the second game, Tri-Power Towing overpowered Midland States Bank 12-2 in five innings. Keifer Bathe pitched a one-hitter and had a double and an RBI.
Bryson Wall had a triple and two RBI while Aaron Byers and Tanner Gorden had a double and an RBI each.
Tyson Zerrusen had the lone hit for Midland States Bank with a single.
