11-12 Year-Old League -- June 16

Schumacher Orthodontics stepped out to a 6-2 first inning lead then had three-run innings over the next three for a 15-3 victory over Kingery Printing in 11-12 Year-Old League action at Community Park Thursday.

Josh McDevitt was the winning pitcher on a five-hitter. Schumacher had 11 hits led by McDevitt with a single and two doubles, Tyler Budde with two singles, a two-run homer and five RBI and Gavan Wernsing with a single, double, two-run home run and four RBI.

Brody Niebrugge had a single and double while Kyle Stewart had two singles for Kingery.

In the second game, Arrow Pest Control took a 3-1 first inning lead and went on for a 14-7 win over Beck's Hybrids.

Arrow pounded out nine hits in the contest led by Colton Frauli with two singles, a double and two RBI, Nick Burgess with two doubles and an RBI and John Westendorf with a single, double and three RBI.

Colton Loy had two doubles and two RBI and Gunner Brown a double for Beck's.
