11-12 Year-Old League Results -- June 2

Beck's Hybrids edged Arab Pest Control 7-6 in 11-12 Year-Old Baseball League action at Community Park Thursday.

Arab took a 2-1 first inning lead and led 4-3 after three. The score was tied at 5-5 in the fourth before Arab moved ahead 6-5 in the top of the fifth. Beck's came back with two runs in the bottom of the frame to pull out the victory.

Beck's only had one hit in the game, a single by Samuel Vonderheide who also had an RBI. Adam Brandenburger had two RBI.

Cooper Stewart led Arab with a single and a double while Max Hardiek had a double and an RBI.

In the second contest, Schumacher Orthodontics handed Arrow Pest Control a 12-2 loss. Schumacher stepped out to a 3-0 first inning lead and never looked back.

Josh McDevitt pitched a no-hitter. Gavan Wernsing hit a solo home run for Schumacher.
