Drs. Sehy & Jones Optometrists and Tri-Power Towing played to a 5-5 tie in the Junior Babe Ruth League Thursday at Community Park.

The two teams were tied at 1-1 in the first. Sehy & Jones moved ahead 3-1 in the second. Tri-Power came back to tie with single runs in the third and fourth. Tri-Power took a 5-4 lead in the fifth before Sehy & Jones tied in the sixth and the game ended due to the time limit.

Sehy & Jones had 10 hits led by Kendall Ballman with three singles and two RBI, Gavin Braunecker with two singles and two RBI and Benjamin Meinhart with two singles.

Jacob Zimmerman led Tri-Power Towing with a single, a triple and an RBI.

Washington Savings Bank took a 1-0 first inning lead and went on to beat Midland States Bank 8-3.

Isaac Kramer pitched the two-hitter. Hunter Stephens had three singles and an RBI for the winners while Christian Kessler had a double and an RBI and Branden Quandt a single, triple and two RBI.
