TEUTOPOLIS -- After a quiet opening inning, Teutopolis High School got started with seven runs in the second and had a four-run third to end the game early with an 11-0 win over Casey-Westfield Wednesday evening.
Matt Koester picked up his second pitching win, throwing a three-hitter with no walks and 10 strikeouts.
Austin Johnson had a single, double and drove in four runs while Jacob Roepke had two singles and two RBI. Tyler Westendorf also had two hits, both singles, and an RBI.
The Wooden Shoes moved to 4-0 on the season while Casey-Westfield dropped to 2-2.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg took a 7-1 lead in the third inning then added another seven-run inning in the fifth for a 14-1 early ending win over Arcola.
Collin Ohnesorge had a single, home run and two RBI for the Hatchets. Josh Overbeck added two singles and an RBI while Nic Hutchinson had two singles and four RBI. Chase Thies added two singles and Trevor Quast had two singles and two RBI. Dalton Armes had a double.
Hutchinson picked up the pitching win on a four-hitter with one walk and five strikeouts.
