MULBERRY GROVE -- Teutopolis tallied six runs in the first inning, seven in the fourth and finished the game with a run in the fifth for a 14-0 victory over Mulberry Grove via the 10-run rule Thursday.

The Wooden Shoes banged out 14 hits in the contest led by Austin Johnson with a single and double, John Kreke with a double and an RBI, Cody Jansen with a double and an RBI and Brant Bueker with two doubles and three RBI.

Matthew Koester picked up the pitching victory, going three innings, allowing three runs, no walks and striking out three.

T-town improves to a perfect 7-0 on the season while Mulberry Grove drops to 2-3.

At Louisville

Dieterich edged out to a 1-0 first inning lead on North Clay (Louisville) then went on for an 8-5 victory.

C. Thoele led in hitting with a double, home run and an RBI. Goedde had a single and double while Poe added two singles and an RBI.

North Clay was led by Aldrich and Repking with a single and double each. Repking drove in two runs. Lovett had two singles.

Altamont took a 5-0 first inning lead and put this one on ice in five innings, 22-0 over Ramsey.

The Indians had a whopping 22 hits in the contest and Ramsey finished with six errors. Nick Miller had three singles, a double and a solo home run. He finshed with five RBI. Caden Miller had two singles and drove in three runs. Klaiton Wolff had a single, two doubles and an RBI while Kaleb Whitt had two singles, a double and four RBI. Devin Guerrettaz added two singles and a double while Jake Finn had a single, double and two RBI. Branden Hosick chipped in with two singles and two RBI.
