TEUTOPOLIS -- Teutopolis Junior High School had a big 10-run inning in the second and went on to blank Altamont 11-0 in baseball action Tuesday.

Ungrund pitched a two-hitter with one walk and six strikeouts. Deters had two singles and two RBI while McMahon had two singles and three RBI for the winners.

Reardon and Kollman had a single each for Altamont.

T-town is now 10-0 on the season.

At Louisville

North Clay (Louisville) tallied four runs in the sixth inning but still fell short in a 12-8 loss to West Salem.

West Salem had 15 hits in the contest and North Clay committed five errors. North Clay was led by Bible with two singles, a double and three RBI and Zimdars with two singles and three RBI.

At Neoga

Sigel St. Michael downed Neoga 13-3. Neoga drops to 3-7 on the season and will host St. Anthony Thursday.

Getting hits for Neoga were Trevor Roy, Chase Banning, Nate Lacy and Sean Schisler with one each.

 

At Altamont

Altamont Lutheran edged Dieterich 2-1 to improve to 14-0 on the season.
