RAMSEY -- With 10 runs in the first inning, Dieterich High School had no trouble in downing Ramsey, 20-2 in baseball action Monday.

The Movin' Maroons tallied eight more runs in the third and two in the fourth to end the game via the 10-run rule.

Dieterich's bats were hot with 15 hits led by C. Thoele with three singles and three RBI, P. Thoele with two singles and two RBI, McClain with two doubles and eight RBI, Campton with two singles and an RBI and Esker with two singles and an RBI.

Campton picked up the pitching win, going two innings, allowing three hits, two runs, one walk and striking out four.

At Odin

Odin/Patoka played host to Brownstown/St. Elmo and claimed a 13-9 victory. BSE outhit Odin/Patoka 12-9 but committed four errors.

BSE was led by Lewis Brown with a single and two doubles, Cole Horner with a single, double and an RBI, Noah Flowers with a single, double and two RBI, Nate Philpot with two singles and an RBI, Landon Feezel with a double and two RBI and Hunter Seaton with a double and an RBI.

BSE drops to 1-3 on the season while Odin/Patoka improves to 4-0.
