Teutopolis edged St. Anthony 4-3 in junior high baseball action Wednesday
Neither team scored through the first five innings. The Bullpups then took a 2-0 lead in the top of the sixth. T-town moved ahead with three runs in the bottom of the inning. St. Anthony knotted the score at 3-3 in the top of the seventh. But T-town came back to score the winning run in the bottom of the frame.
T-town had seven hits led by Hardiek with a double, Hemmen with two singles and Tabbert with two singles and an RBI. Hardiek started the Shoes off, pitching three innings, allowing one hit, no walks and striking out four. Schwerdt pitched three innings, allowing one hit, three walks and striking out two. Ungrund picked up the pitching win, going one inning, allowing no walks and striking out one.
St. Anthony had a single and an RBI by Hoene and a single by Walsh.
T-town also claimed a B contest over Lawrenceville Parkview 16-10. T-town had 11 hits while Parkview had nine hits.
T-town was led by Deters with a single, double and three RBI, Sarchet with a single, double and three RBI, Kremer with two singles and Niebrugge with two singles and an RBI.

North Clay (Louisville) scored a run in the bottom of the seventh to pull out an 8-7 win over Wayne City Wednesday.
Zimdars came on in the fourth inning to pick up the pitching victory. He allowed three hits, two walks and struck out four.
Jones banged out two home runs in the contest and had three RBI. Clifton added a single, home run and one RBI. Zimdars had three singles and Bible two singles.
