Junior Babe Ruth League Results -- June 4

Washington Savings Bank took a 4-0 first inning lead then had to hold off Sehy & Jones for a 7-4 win in Junior Babe Ruth League action at Paul Smith Field Thursday evening.

Lee Hardiek picked up the three-hit pitching win. Washington Savings Bank had five hits led by Hardiek with two singles and an RBI and Quincy Aldrich with a triple.

In the second contest, Bryce Lohman pitched a no-hitter as Mid-Illinois Concrete blanked Midland States Bank 10-0.

Brandon Repking led Mid-Illinois in hitting with a single and double.
