Sehy & Jones and Mid-Illinios Concrete played to a 4-4 tie in Junior Babe Ruth League action at Community Park Wednesday evening.

Sehy & Jones stepped out to a 2-0 first inning lead but Mid-Illinois came back with single runs in the second and fifth to tie the score then took a 3-2 lead in the sixth. Sehy & Jones regained the lead in the top of the seventh but Mid-Illinois tied in the bottom of the frame and the game ended after eight innings.

Caleb Wendt had a single, triple and an RBI while Dylan Bushur had two singles and an RBI for Sehy & Jones. Mid-Illinois was led by Bryce Lohman with a single, double and an RBI and Brandon Repking with a double.

In the second contest, Tri-Power Towing edged out to a 2-1 first inning lead but K. Wohltman Construction came roaring back and finished the contest with a 15-5 win.

Wohltman had 13 hits in the contest led by Colby Utz with two singles, a double and two RBI, Josh McCabe with two singles and a triple, Hunter Petersen with a single, double and an RBI and Jacob Miller with a double and three RBI.

Derek Moschenrose had a single, double and an RBI for Tri-Power.
