TEUTOPOLIS -- Teutopolis High School blanked Robinson 10-0 in five innings via the 10-run rule in baseball action Tuesday.
The Shoes jumped out to a 4-0 first inning lead and tacked on six in the second. Niemerg and Johnson combined to pitch a one-hitter with no walks. Both had three strikeouts.
Kreke had two singles and three RBI while Hartke had two singles and two RBI and Johnson a double.

Newton broke a 1-1 tie with a two-run fourth and claimed a 4-1 win over Dieterich.
Jansen led the Eagles with two singles and an RBI. Geier added a single and two RBI. Dieterich was led by Thoele with a single and double.

Brownstown/St. Elmo blanked Sandoval 10-0 Tuesday. BSE didn't score until the fourth inning then tallied three runs, added two in the fifth and five to end the game in the sixth.
Noah Flowers was the winning pitcher with a no-hitter, no walks and eight strikeouts. Drake Hall had a single, two doubles and three RBI while Lewis Brown had two singles and an RBI and Landon Feezel two singles and two RBI.
BSE is now 2-7 while Sandoval drops to 0-3.

Altamont blasted Vandalia to the tune of 21-1. The Indians ended the contest in the fifth via the 10-run rule.
Altamont held a 6-0 lead in the first inning and that was the game. The Indians drew nine walks in the contest and had eight hits. Ricketts and Beccue had a double each. Ricketts drove in two runs and Beccue one. Guerettaz and Winn had two singles each.

The Cougars took a 4-2 opening inning lead and the score was tied at 6-6 after three. Greenville then had a four-run fourth and scored two runs in the sixth and seventh innings.
Powless had a single, double and an RBI for South Central. The Cougars drop to 6-2.
