Campana Tears ACL, Rodriguez Apologizes

(Chicago, IL) -- White Sox outfielder Tony Campana has reportedly torn his ACL. According to ESPN.com, Campana suffered the injury while working out in advance of spring training. The 28-year-old Campana was with the team on a minor league deal that included an invite to spring training.
Rodriguez Apologizes To Yankees
(Bronx, NY) -- Alex Rodriguez issued an apology to the New York Yankees during a meeting with team brass on Tuesday. According to a joint statement, Rodriguez met with general partner Hal Steinbrenner, team president Randy Levine, general manager Brian Cashman and others at Yankee Stadium.
During the meeting, which was initiated by Rodriguez, he apologized to the club for his "actions over the past several years." The 39-year-old Rodriguez is returning this year after being suspended for the entire 2014 season for using performance-enhancing drugs.
