Altamont Claims Junior High Victory

ST. ELMO -- Altamont broke a 2-2 tie after the first inning and tallied five in the second in junior high baseball action Friday. Altamont went on for a 12-4 win over St. Elmo.
Altamont banged out 14 hits in the contest led by Pemberton who went four-for-four, with four singles Runge added three singles and four RBI while Armstrong had two singles and two RBI and Finn had two singles.
St. Elmo was led by Feezel with three singles and three RBI and Chaney with a triple.

Flora bounced North Clay (Louisville) 13-3 at North Clay Park Friday. Collins picked up the pitching win while Brandon Repking suffered the loss.
