Junior High School Scores -- Sept. 6

MACON -- Macon Meridian handed Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor a doubleheader loss in junior high baseball action Saturday.

Meridian edged Stew-Stras/Windsor 4-3 in the opener. Meridian led 2-0 after four innings. Stew-Stras/Windsor came back with three runs to take the lead in the top of the fifth. But Meridian tallied two in the bottom of the seventh to pull out the win.

Beck and Campbell had a hit each for Stew-Stras/Windsor.

In the second game, Meridian was a 9-6 winner. Greuel, Kirby and Beck had two hits each for Stew-Stras/Windsor. Kirby and Beck had an RBI each.
