Babe Ruth Prep League -- July 2

The Teutopolis Jaguars handed Taylor Law a 9-5 loss in Babe Ruth Prep League play Wednesday at Evergreen Hollow Park.

The Jaguars took a 3-1 first inning lead. Taylor Law tied in the top of the second but the Jaguars tallied three in the bottom of the frame.

Wall, Guerrettaz and Camron had two singles each for the winners. Guerrettaz had two RBI.

Zerrusen led the Jaguars with two singles and two RBI each.

In the second contest, Niemerg Construction tallied a 6-3 win over the Teutopolis Warriors. Niemerg stepped out to a 3-0 first inning lead and never looked back.

Mendella had the lone extra base hit for Niemerg with a triple and an RBI. Ozenkoski led the Warriors with a double.
