Washington Savings Bank blasted out 17 hits and finished with a 20-4 win over Tri-Power Towing in Junior Babe Ruth League action at Community Park Wednesday.
Washington Savings Bank took a 5-2 first inning lead then tallied runs over the next four innings. Quincy Aldrich had two singles, a double and six RBI. Jason Kenter finished with three singles, a double and three RBI. Lee Hardiek had three singles and three RBI and Connor Mette three singles and four RBI.
In the second game, Sehy & Jones Optometrists claimed an 8-1 win over Midland States Bank.
Sehy & Jones took a 3-0 second inning lead and had a three-run fourth. Sehy & Jones was led by Brett Koester with two singles, a double and two RBI. Jason Devore led Midland States Bank wth two singles and an RBI.
