The Mustangs picked up a 6-1 victory over JCR Carpentry Thursday evening at Evergreen Hollow Park in Babe Ruth Prep League action.
The Mustangs edged out to a 1-0 first inning lead and never looked back. JCR Carpentry tallied its lone run in the bottom of the fifth.
The Mustangs had four hits, all singles by Deters, Weber, Pals and Ballman. Bushur had the lone hit for JCR with a single.
